# Frictionless for developers

> Put your Frictionless inbox on your website, take bookings, and show your agents who each customer is.

Frictionless is one inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website. These guides cover the parts you add to your own product: the website chat, bookings, and the Context API that tells your agents who they're talking to.

## Start in three steps

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your workspace">
    Sign in at [usefrictionless.com](https://usefrictionless.com/dashboard). Every plan starts with a 14-day trial with every feature.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Copy your Workspace ID">
    **Integrations → Website chat** shows the install code with your Workspace ID already filled in. It's public, so it's safe in a web page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add the chat to your site">
    Paste the two lines before `</body>`. The Install tab turns green within seconds of your site loading the chat.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Want your agents to see who's writing? Create an API key next: [API keys and secrets](/authentication).

## Using an AI coding assistant?

Every page has a menu at the top to copy it as Markdown or open it in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor. The whole site is also at [`/llms.txt`](https://docs.usefrictionless.com/llms.txt) for tools that read docs directly.
